Yoganastics® was founded in 2007 by Jessica Cristen Pruitt, RYT, who has worked with children in the field of yoga, gymnastics, dramatic arts, fitness and martial arts for over 20 years. She is an Anusara-Inspired Yoga Teacher as well as an Instructor member of USA Gymnastics. Jessica and the Yoganastics® staff believe every child has their own unique talents and their common objective is to develop a sense of safety as well as good instruction so that each child is able to develop these talents in a structured environment that supports them in their growth.
Yoganastics® has successfully facilitated programs with many groups and schools in middle Tennessee area including Girl Scouts of America Fit Club (funded by the Rotary Club of Nashville), Currey Ingram Academy , Takes 2 Fitness, and Sanctuary for Yoga .
Currently, Yoganastics, Inc. has teamed up with a Non-Profit Organization to raise funds to start a program in India for Tibetan Refugee Children.
